Born and raised right here in Brainerd, Paul bought his first home at the age of 20. As a guy who didn't know what he didn't know, he was thankful to be connected with an amazing Realtor, who helped guide him through the process. Like many in the area, it’s easy to grow up with a passion for 2 things, the outdoors and athletics, Paul was no different. Perch Lake, in Baxter was his home throughout his childhood and his mother still lives there today. Paul often reminisces of one of his favorite pastimes of fishing there with his father. While attending SCSU, Paul traded his baseball equipment in for softball gear and still plays in local men’s leagues today. His spare time is well split between being on the lake, the ball field, and playing with his new pup, Ember. He joined Woods to Water Real Estate because he believes in the small, local company that will go the extra mile to be here to help him craft himself and his business.
